Delform is a wholesale only company; buyer is responsible for payment of end user sales tax. All payments on custom orders are non-refundable.

Late fee schedule:
18% Interest assessed on all unpaid balances after 14 calendar days from due date listed on invoice.

An additional 10% late fee will be assessed for every subsequent 10 calendar days in which balance goes unpaid.

Storage fees:
A storage fee of $1/SqFt per day will be charged for any orders which are not picked up, or scheduled to be picked up, within 14 calendar days of the due date on the final invoice.
