The Modern at M.O.M.A Project Outline

Delform partnered with upholsterers Wood, Spring & Down to create the furniture for the terrace that overlooks the outdoor sculpture garden as well as the museum’s new versatile atrium seating.

For the project, we cast gray concrete cocktail table tops with ½” aluminum bases featuring a blackened patina, and a monolithic concrete console and bench.

Park Avenue Penthouse Project Outline

For the Park Avenue project Delform collaborated with Taconic Builders to complete the custom finished terrace surround.

Each piece of the 1,500 square foot, 1/8” thick Bronze surround was carefully formed and polished. A hand applied antiquing patina was then followed by several generous coats of buffed protective wax.

In choosing this finish, the rich complex coloring and depth of the Bronze material comes through while nature is still encouraged to slowly work its magic and beautify with age.

The Caledonia Project Outline

The architecture firm of Handel Architects, along with the interior design firm Clodagh, designed the building and its interior spaces to reflect a cohesion between the city and nature. Several of Delform’s earthy patina finishes were selected to convey a sincere level of warmth on a traditionally cold material.

Delform traveled to H & B elevator headquarters in Minneapolis, MN to apply a custom finish to the elevator cabs, and collaborated with A-Val Architectural Metals to provide these finishes on all other remaining lobby metal work.

In addition, Delform also completed these key elements for the lobby:
Four large lobby mirrors (10’ x 12’ ) in a steel boat channel frame
Custom ‘chase light’ fixture for lobby desk
Bronze finish on large diameter aluminum ‘wall art’ in lobby entry
